Refunds

Not happy? Money back.

Ringske charges once per wedding, with no subscription. If something goes wrong, we want to put it right — below is exactly what you can count on.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to change your mind after purchase. As long as your wedding site is not published and no invitation has gone out, we refund you in full, no questions asked. Send us a message through the contact page with the email address of your account.

Once the invitations have gone out the service is in use and the right of withdrawal lapses — except in the cases below.

Full refund

  • Your site is not yet published and you decide against it, for any reason.
  • The wedding is not going ahead and no invitation has been sent.
  • There is a technical failure on our side that stopped guests from answering, or that lost answers.
  • You paid twice for the same wedding.

A refund does not pull your site offline at the moment your guests need it: if we have already delivered, what is there stays reachable until after your date. We reverse the payment, not your wedding day.

Partial refund

If the service only partly worked — for instance because some invitations never arrived through a fault on our side — we will find a fitting solution together: sending again, or a partial refund.

When we do not refund

  • The invitations went out, the RSVPs came in and the planner ran, but you do not like the result afterwards. The design and what is and is not included are described in advance.
  • Few guests answered.
  • Problems entirely outside our service: an invitation landing in someone's spam filter at their own provider, a mistyped email address, or a guest who lost the link.
  • You deleted data yourself that cannot be recovered afterwards.

How do you ask?

Send a message through the contact page, with the names of the couple and why you are asking for a refund. We reply within 5 working days. If we approve the refund, our payment partner Paddle processes it to your original payment method; depending on your bank that usually takes 5 to 10 working days.

Payments and invoices

Our payments run through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and issues your invoice. You can also take questions about a charge or an invoice directly to Paddle; we are happy to help if anything is unclear.
