Terms

The agreement, briefly.

Ringske is a service of ElianCodes BV ("we"). By creating a wedding site, or by answering an invitation as a guest, you agree to these terms.

The service

Ringske gives a couple a wedding site, per-event RSVP management, a planner whose tasks move with the wedding date, and Rolleke: a digital camera guests use in their own browser. Ringske is entirely digital — we do not sell, ship or print any physical goods. We do our best to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The couple manages the content of their wedding site themselves. We do not write that copy and do not review it in advance.

Your data

  • The guest list, the answers and the tasks stay the couple's. We claim no rights over them.
  • We use that data solely to provide the service: showing the site, processing RSVPs, sending invitations and reminders, and mailing the planner.
  • The couple is responsible for whom they invite and what they ask of guests. Towards those guests the couple is the controller and we are the processor — see the privacy policy.

What is not allowed

Abusing the service (walking invitation links automatically, circumventing limits, claiming someone else's wedding site), publishing unlawful content, or using Ringske to mail people who are not on your guest list.

Payment

Ringske charges €149 once per wedding, with no subscription that keeps running. The price is shown on the site before you order and includes VAT for consumers in the EU. You build your site first; payment happens when you publish.

Refunds

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and there are several cases in which we always refund. That is written out in full on the refunds page.

Liability

We go to great lengths not to lose a single answer or task. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for your wedding. Statutory consumer rights remain fully in force.

Cookies

On ringske.be we measure how the site is used and whether our ads work, through Google and Meta — only with your consent. A wedding site and the RSVP flow never carry a tag, not even with consent. More in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes belong before the competent court in Ghent, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to address the court of your own place of residence.
