Guest list & RSVP
One row per invitation, like in your spreadsheet. Guests reply through one link or QR code, per moment of the day.
Your guest list, RSVPs through one QR code, the budget, the to-do list with the Belgian deadlines, the run of the day and your wedding site. All in one place, for the two of you.
Names, date, venue, colours. You get a wedding site, a budget and the Belgian to-do list to start from right away. Free, for as long as you like.
Each your own login. The guest list like in your spreadsheet, vendors compared with stars, who pays what in the budget, and a logbook of who did what.
Publish for a one-off €149 and put the QR code on your card. Guests look up their name and reply per moment of the day.
The run of the day is ready, the contacts are in it and the headcounts have gone out. All that is left is saying yes.
Every piece knows about the others. A booked vendor lands in the budget, the RSVPs decide what the caterer costs, and the run of the day is the programme on your site.
One row per invitation, like in your spreadsheet. Guests reply through one link or QR code, per moment of the day.
Over forty default tasks for a Belgian wedding, the marriage declaration included. If the date moves, everything moves along.
What it costs, what is paid and who pays what. A price per guest follows the replies by itself.
Timing, parking, dress code and your photos. In Dutch and English, editable without us.
The day hour by hour, with who is in charge and the plan B. Print it for your master of ceremonies.
Venues, photographers, caterers: quotes and contracts, stars from both of you, and what is or is not included.
You file the marriage declaration six months before the wedding at the earliest and legally at least fourteen days before — but many cities want it weeks ahead. That is not a date but a window, and Ringske works it out for you.
Connect Ringske to Claude or ChatGPT and ask in plain words who has confirmed, what needs doing this week or how much budget is left. It can do things for you too: write down an answer you got on the phone, tick off a task, book the photographer.
Each with their own login, and you can revoke access at any time.
How the connection works →A digital disposable camera in your guests' browser. They scan the QR code on the table and shoot with their own phone: 36 shots, no preview. Afterwards you get everything.
No subscription that keeps running. You pay once, for your wedding, and everything is included.
A one-off €149 per wedding, VAT included. No subscription and no cost per guest. Planning, keeping the guest list and the budget is free; you only pay when you publish your wedding site and open the RSVP.
No. Guests open the link or scan the QR code on your card, look up their name and reply in the browser. No account, no password.
Yes. Whoever opens the link replies for everyone on the invitation, per moment of the day — civil ceremony, ceremony, reception, party — with how many are coming and their dietary wishes. Anyone who changes their mind later edits the answer through the same link.
Yes. Export your list as CSV and import it. Ringske recognises the usual columns, such as name, count, category, who invites and the moments, in Dutch and English. You can always export as well.
Yes. Each of you has your own login on the same wedding. The budget tracks who pays what — also when parents pay a part — and each of you gives vendors your own stars. The logbook shows who did what: who sent the invitation to the family, who invited Aunt Rita to the dinner, which guest just answered.
Then the to-do list moves with it. A task sits on a fixed date or at a distance from your wedding date, for example six weeks before. Those move along automatically, including in the iCal feed in your calendar.
Its own address on ringske.be, for example moya-elian.ringske.be. Search engines do not index your site, so it does not show up in Google.
Yes. The wedding site and the RSVP exist in Dutch and English, and guests pick their own language.
Yes, it is included in the price. Add ringske.be/mcp as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in with your own login and give permission. Then ask in plain words who has confirmed or what needs doing this week, and your AI can also write down answers, tick off tasks or book a vendor. It cannot send mail or change anything about your wedding site or account. What you ask goes to the AI you choose; you can revoke access in the dashboard at any time.
No, Rolleke is entirely digital and included in the price. Guests scan the QR code on the table and the camera opens in their own phone's browser: 36 shots per device, no preview and no delete. We do not ship or print anything — afterwards you get every photo digitally, in original resolution.
Everything is stored in the European Union. The guest list, the budget and the replies stay yours: we only use them to provide the service and sell nothing on. The wedding sites and the RSVP carry no tracking at all.
As long as no invitation has been sent yet, we refund in full — also if the wedding is called off. The same goes if something went wrong on our side that kept guests from answering. Every case is on the Refunds page.
Setting up your guest list, budget, to-do list and wedding site is free and stays private until you publish. Then it is a one-off €149, for everything.
