How to connect

Claude

  1. 01 In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose "Add custom connector".
  2. 02 Name it Ringske and paste the server address.
  3. 03 Click Connect, sign in with your Ringske login and allow access.

ChatGPT

  1. 01 In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors and turn on developer mode under Advanced.
  2. 02 Choose "Create", name it Ringske, paste the server address and choose OAuth.
  3. 03 Sign in with your Ringske login and allow access.

The address is also in your dashboard, under Claude & ChatGPT. Each of you connects with their own login.

What it can do

  • Read the guest list, RSVPs per moment, dietary needs, messages and addresses
  • Add and change guests, and write down answers
  • Read, add, tick off and move tasks
  • Read the budget, add expenses and tick off payments
  • Compare vendors, record quotes and book them
  • Read the run of the day, the seating plan and your ideas, and change the run of the day and the ideas
  • Read the logbook: who did what, and when. What your AI changes shows up under your name, "via Claude" or "via ChatGPT"

What it cannot do

  • Send mail to guests: invitations and reminders only go out from the dashboard
  • Change the wedding site, its design or its photos
  • Change your login, password, partner invitation or access code
  • See any wedding other than yours

Your data

Nothing goes to an AI until you connect and give permission yourself. What you ask and what Ringske answers then goes to the AI you choose — Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT — under their terms and outside the EU.

Ringske itself trains no AI on your data and keeps nothing extra from the conversations. In the dashboard you see which apps have access, and revoke it again with one click.
